Prices are a guide. The final price is fixed in the written proposal. Payment in two parts: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. A .pt domain is extra, about €10 to €15 a year.

I'm José Pedro Brida Baptista, a Computer Science student at the University of Beira Interior. Brida is my middle name. I'd rather work under a real name than make up a brand.
I work on my own, and that's good news for you. No account managers, no messages passed from person to person, and no agency overheads in the final price. The person answering your email is the person writing the code.
When we're done, the domain, the code and the content are registered in your name. If you ever want to switch to someone else, I'll hand everything over.

A one-page site is ready in about a week. A business website takes 2 to 3 weeks and an online shop 3 to 5. The exact timeline is written into the proposal.
Yes, and if your customers are a mix of locals and visitors, I'd recommend both: English for tourists and expats, Portuguese for local customers and for Google in Portugal. See the "Several languages" extra in the estimator.
No. I register the domain (for example, your-business.pt) and take care of hosting and the security certificate. Everything is registered in your name.
Yes. The Professional and Online shop plans come with a simple dashboard to change text, photos, products and news, and I'll show you how it works. If you'd rather not, the maintenance plans include changes made by me.
Usually, yes. I keep what works, rebuild the rest and make sure you don't lose the position you already have on Google.
Half when you accept the proposal and half on delivery, by bank transfer or MB WAY. Larger projects can be split into more stages.
