1. Who handles your data

José Pedro Brida Baptista, working under the name Brida. Contact: zepedro.baptista@sapo.pt.

2. What I collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, business, email, phone and your message.

3. What it's used for

Only to reply to your request and, if we go ahead, to prepare the proposal and the agreement. I don't send marketing, and I don't sell or share your data with anyone. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA) and the form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which forwards requests to my email, solely as providers of these services.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).

5. How long I keep it

Requests that don't turn into a project are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as Portuguese tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time with a simple email. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

7. Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
